As a Pega Developer, I analyzed business needs to design tailored solutions, configured applications and business rules to meet client requirements, and developed functional requirements for development. I was involved in Ops Team with debugging, tracing, bug fixing, and production issues while preparing BAU deployments. Instructor, Mentor, and Facilitator
I supported 25 to over 1,000 participants in completing their courses on time focusing on Data Analytics and Machine Learning through synchronous mentorship via 4 to 8 online meetings per program. I assisted participants with technical issues, coordinated with the Dicoding Team and fellow facilitators, and served as a moderator for a YouTube Dicoding Indonesia online session. Additionally, as an instructor, I delivered 10 online live sessions to 2,000 participants, each lasting 60 to 90 minutes, and conducted Q&A sessions to enhance learning engagement.

Employee Attrition Problem Analysis and Prediction
This project solves the problem of employee attrition which reaches more than 10% using in-depth analysis with output in the form of a business dashboard and attrition predictions using machine learning, as well as several recommended action items that can be carried out by companies.
Student Dropout Problem Analysis and Prediction
This project solves the problem of student dropout which is quite high, reaching more than 32% using in-depth analysis with output in the form of a business dashboard and student status predictions using machine learning, as well as several recommended action items that can be carried out by the institution.
Stroke Disease Detection
Developed and deployed a stroke detection model using Predictive Analytics and MLOps, achieving 96% accuracy. Evaluated performance with AUC, Binary Accuracy, TFMA metrics, and confusion matrix components. Focused on improving early detection for high-risk individuals, enhancing healthcare insights through machine learning-driven diagnostics.
Contributions
Literaku
Solutions to the literacy needs of the blind and support educational opportunities for all groups inclusively. Developed by a team from the USU Computer Science undergraduate study program and has won several national awards and world-class recognition. I contributed to the book's text-to-JSON data processing and Natural Language Processing implementation.
Tourismo
Developed and implemented a Deep Learning-based tourism image detection feature for Tourismo, a smart inventory app designed for travelers, millennials, and Gen Z. The app optimizes flight pricing predictions and provides location insights, enhancing user experience through AI-driven recommendations.
Jernihin
Jernihin is a web-based application that analyzes water quality by evaluating key parameters like pH, oxygen, and turbidity. Using the Random Forest Classifier, it helps map and classify water quality for better resource management. I led machine learning development and back-end deployment, ensuring seamless integration and high-performance analysis.
TryOut Simulation System
Supported the UTBK TryOut Simulation System maintenance and conducted training for teachers on its usage. Contributed to team management and documentation in a 2023 LPPM USU-funded project, enhancing adaptive e-learning for MA Al-Azhar Asy-Syarif through a collaboration between Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology and the Faculty of Psychology USU.

Assisted lecturers in the 2022 Matching Fund Program, contributing to the development of an integrated school management system at Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology USU. Led the Financial Information System development, ensuring seamless financial tracking. The project aimed to enhance education quality through a School Portal, E-Learning, and Inventory Management System.
