Packaged App Development Analyst

As a Pega Developer, I analyzed business needs to design tailored solutions, configured applications and business rules to meet client requirements, and developed functional requirements for development. I was involved in Ops Team with debugging, tracing, bug fixing, and production issues while preparing BAU deployments. Additionally in the CR Team, I contributed to system implementations across Internet and Intranet environments, BI Exchange, and data dictionary documentation, ensuring well-documented, supportable, and extensible developments while maintaining quality standards.

Instructor, Mentor, and Facilitator

I supported 25 to over 1,000 participants in completing their courses on time focusing on Data Analytics and Machine Learning through synchronous mentorship via 4 to 8 online meetings per program. I assisted participants with technical issues, coordinated with the Dicoding Team and fellow facilitators, and served as a moderator for a YouTube Dicoding Indonesia online session. Additionally, as an instructor, I delivered 10 online live sessions to 2,000 participants, each lasting 60 to 90 minutes, and conducted Q&A sessions to enhance learning engagement.
